Help Centers

I’ve architected and built three major help centers throughout my career, each one created from the ground up.

Note: I’m in the process of building my current organization’s new API portal. It’s not yet public.

• Hyperproof - Built with Paligo (2021 - current)

  Note: The current version is built using Paligo. The original help center was built with Markdown, Git, and Hugo.

• Adblock Plus - Built with Markdown, Git (2016 - 2020)

  Note: Since I originally created the help center, it’s been transferred to Zendesk. However, many of the articles I wrote, as well as other elements I implemented on the site, remains the same.

• Turning Technologies - Built with Madcap Flare (2011 - 2015)

  Note: This help center has changed drastically over the last 10 years. Echo is now the parent company of Turning Technologies.
